Job Title: Wiring & Mechanical Assembly
Location: Poole
Contract Details: Temporary, 4 months (potential to be extended but location or role will be moving to Bournemouth in the new year)
Salary: 12.70ph
Shift pattern - Can start between 6:30 and 9:30 and finish between 15:30 and 18:30 with the option of finishing at 12:30 on Friday assuming you have worked their 37.5 hours.

Responsibilities:
As a Wiring & Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will:
- Assemble wiring harnesses with precision and care
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality control
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assembled components
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in wiring and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Certification in electrical or mechanical assembly
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies
Technologies:
- Hand tools and power tools
- Wiring and assembly equipment
- Testing and measuring instruments
- Computer software for technical documentation
