- 4+ years experience in Account Management
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key customer accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Handling the full customer journeyâcalls, emails, quotes, CRM updates, order management, and post-sale support.
- Analysing account data to spot whitespace opportunities and increase profitability.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
- Scheduling account reviews and maintaining up-to-date records of all client interactions and changes.
- Delivering memorable service experiences and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of B2B or B2C experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Confidence in communicating over phone and video calls.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
