HR Administrator - Part Time - Poole - Up to £27,000 Pro RataAre you an experienced HR Administrator or a skilled Administrator looking for a new challenge?Do you want a varied HR role with part-time flexibility?If yes, read on!What you'll be doing:You'll support all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, absence tracking, and employee records. You'll also assist the HR Advisor and provide meeting support when needed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR systems (starters, leavers, data changes)
  • Support onboarding and inductions
  • Track absences and probation reviews
  • Prepare contracts and personnel files
  • Provide data and reporting
  • Take notes in meetings (e.g. disciplinaries)

What we're looking for:

  • Strong admin and Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • HR experience desirable but not essential
  • Organised, discreet, and professional
  • Driving licence preferred
