CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a very stable business based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will take ownership collating the company’s payroll data, ready for submission to the payroll bureau.What will the Senior Payroll Specialistrole involve?

  • Oversee the internal payroll process for 1500 staff members, in partnership with an external payroll bureau;
  • Liaise with employees across multiple locations, answering any payroll queries;
  • Check statutory payroll requirements are met;
  • Completion on payroll journals and some accounting entries on the system.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Payroll Specialistvacancy:

  • Previous experience managing a payroll, ideally in a stand alone role is required.
