Description
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide expert advice to patients on the safe use of medications.
- Manage stock levels to ensure the availability of essential medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and pharmaceutical advancements.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
- Offer guidance on minor health concerns and recommend over-the-counter solutions.
- Provide support for 2 technicians and 1 dispenser.
Profile
A successful Pharmacist should have:
- A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and healthcare regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Must be vaccination ready.
