A Dorset-based M&E Project Manager is required for a high-profile construction site, preferably with a construction bias but not essential.
The role involves managing and delivering multiple projects, including life cycle works, refurbishments, and fit-outs, with approximately £3 million worth of works to be delivered immediately.
A level of security clearance is advantageous but not a requirement for applicants.
The position is ideally permanent, though fixed-term contracts or day rates may be considered for the right candidates.
Candidates should be highly personable and ideally have several years of experience in project management.

Dorset based ideally Construction Bias but not essential, M&E Project Manager is required for a high profile site.

A level of Security Clearance would definitely be advantageous due to the nature of the site. But again, this is not essential.

There are circa 3m of works to deliver straight away.

The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects is crucial and manage the client relationship.

The projects in the main will be life cycle, refurbs, small works, fit outs, and similar concurrent FM related Building Maintenance projects.

This role is ideally Perm but they would consider FTC / Day Rate for the right individuals.
