A leading Poole based organisation is currently looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.Â
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a large finance team and be a crucial part of FP&A decision making and forward thinking communications within the business.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Providing detailed analysis and proposed business solutions that open up conversations around driving efficiency;
- Meaningful insight and recommendations based on analysis of key financial information to support business decision making;
- Interpreting financial data in order to provide a clear narrative to non-finance colleagues;
- Stakeholder management and presenting at senior management meetings;
- Supporting the wider team to deliver business targets and budgets.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is the ideal, although part qualified can also be considered;
- Business partnering experience and confidence communicating at all levels;
- Strong system skills including confidence using Excel including Power Tables;
- A keenness to be part of a large team and work in an ever changing/dynamic environment.
