Salary: 35,000 basic plus commission

We're looking for a motivated and proactive Consultant to join our busy Industrial team at TeamJobs. This role combines account management, sales, and candidate engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day supporting a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service

• Sales activities including qualifying and following up on leads

• Taking on-call phone responsibilities

• Supporting payroll (experience not essential)

• Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates

• Driving business growth through excellent client and candidate engagement

What We're Looking For

• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required

• Positive, can-do attitude and proactive approach

• Confident phone manner and comfortable speaking with clients and candidates

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment

• Previous recruitment or account management experience is advantageous but not essential
