We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to lead our clients recruitment stratergy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and excels in creating effective recruitment strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
  • Enhance employer branding to improve recruitment efforts and attract high-quality candidates.
