We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to lead our clients recruitment stratergy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and excels in creating effective recruitment strategies.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
- Enhance employer branding to improve recruitment efforts and attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
- Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to ensure best practices in recruitment are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and introduce innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or looking to take that next step up
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and candidate databases.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
