CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with our Poole, Dorset client who is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.  As Finance Assistant you will be working apart of the sales ledger team reporting into the Finance manager.  You will be assisting in the smooth running’s ensuring maximising cashflow for the organisation.What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Raising credit notes;
  • Allocations of payments
  • processing sales invoices
  • Customer query resolution
  • Chasing over dur payments via telephone and email
  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining and updating client records ensuring all information is up to date.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • A team player who enjoys interaction within this customer focussed business.
  • Ideally suited to a confident communicator with previous customers service expereince
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good understanding of systems and excel.
