We are recruiting for a Shop Floor Manager with strong joinery experience to lead a busy production team in Poole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop
• Leading and managing a team of skilled joiners and machinists
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Planning workflow, scheduling, and resource management
• Promoting a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a joinery or manufacturing setting
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery processes and products
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
