A forward-thinking, inclusive independent school in Poole is seeking an experienced and visionary SENDCo to lead and develop inclusive practice across both its Prep and Senior sections. With small class sizes, a dedicated Learning Support Centre, and an inclusive philosophy at the heart of its ethos, the school is committed to ensuring that every pupil with additional needs receives tailored, effective, and empowering support.

The role involves strategic oversight of SEND policy, direct teaching in your subject specialism, and management of a cross-phase support team including ELSAs, therapists, and specialist teachers.
