As the Business Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the company’s ERP system, leading upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align system capabilities with business strategy
- Scoping, designing, and implementing new software solutions to streamline operations and support growth
- Delivering training and ongoing support to ensure teams are confident and efficient in system use
- Providing insights and analysis that inform operational and strategic decisions
- Leading digital transformation projects that modernise workflows and increase efficiency
- Acting as the key liaison with software vendors, consultants, and external support partners

As the Business Systems Manager, your skills and experience will include:
- A strong understanding of manufacturing business systems, especially ERP (IFS or Priority experience desirable)
- Proven ERP project leadership experience, from improvement to full implementation
- Familiarity with business process mapping, continuous improvement and systems integration
- Knowledge of manufacturing data structures (BoMs, routings, phantom parts), MRP, and master scheduling
- Understanding of BI reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL-based data reporting
