We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our Clients in house Maintenance team who are focused on providing a high quality maintenance service to their Tenants homes
As a Bathroom Fitter you'll complete a range of jobs to properties in line with work schedules.
Tasks to include:
- Fitting new bathroom suites
- New pipe work and runs for showers
- Fitting shower trays and cubicles
- Tiling walls, showers and floors
- Fitting aqua panels
- Basic carpentry works - building framework, boxing in pipes, bath panels
- Works to timber floors - caber and plying over subfloors
- Easing and adjusting doors
- Applying latex to flooring
