As a CNC Grinder, your responsibilities will include:

Safely setting and operating CNC and manual grinding machines to manufacture precision parts
Working from standard operating procedures, drawings, and process control documents
Carrying out self-inspection and in-process checks to maintain quality standards
Raising tooling, material, or process issues promptly to your team leader
Contributing to product and process improvements through the continuous improvement programme

As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:

Previous experience in CNC grinding operations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience with Okamoto and/or manual J&S machines (desirable)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
