Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking to build a career in logistics and warehousing?Talent Guardian are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operative to support our client based in Poole on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start.Working in a busy warehouse operations and logistics function, you will play a key role in the movement, handling, and dispatch of stock—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from goods-in to goods-out. What You will Be Doing:·       Packing and dispatching goods with accurate paperwork·       Receiving, checking, and safely storing stock deliveries·       Picking, cutting, and preparing stock to fulfil customer orders·       Liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams·       Supporting customs warehouse processes and maintaining records·       Using warehouse systems and IT tools to track and analyse data.·       Ensuring health and safety is a top priority at all times. What we are Looking For:·       Good standard of education (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent)·       Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)·       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.·       Physically fit and comfortable handling items up to 25kg·       Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude Desirable but not essential:·       Warehouse experience·       Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach)·       Experience using Oracle and courier systems (TNT, DHL, UPS) Hours – Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Fridays 8am – 4pmPayrate £12.21ph - £13.94ph depending on experience.
