Our client is a precision welding and fabrication company specialising in high-quality TIG welding, coded welding, and bespoke fabrication solutions. They work across a range of industries including aerospace, motorsport, oil & gas, and bespoke engineering.
TIG Welder
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic materials, working to tight tolerances and engineering specifications.
TIG Welder Responsibilities:
- TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and other alloys.
Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication diagrams.
Fabricate components and assemblies from sheet, tube, and plate.
Carry out work to coded welding standards (BS EN / ASME / AWS).
Use workshop equipment including saws, grinders, and forming tools.
Ensure all welds meet visual and dimensional quality standards.
Work to tight tolerances and complete jobs from start to finish.
TIG Welder Requirements:
Proven TIG welding experience, ideally in a precision or coded environment.
Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, consistent welds.
Coded welding qualifications (current or previously held) desirable.
Experience with aerospace, motorsport or high-spec fabrication work is advantageous.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
