Overview:We are seeking a permanent Deputy Nursing Home Manager for our medium-sized, purpose-built nursing home in Port Glasgow, catering to the elderly and those living with dementia. Our home features a strong senior management team and is looking to improve its current grades.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the overall management and operation of the nursing home- Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care staff- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements- Mixture of clinical and supernumerary shifts

Requirements:- NMC PIN- Experience in senior nursing or management level within a nursing home- Excellent communication and clinical skills- Strong commitment to improving care quality
