Hatched Talent is delighted to be the talent partner for an established IT services provider seeking a Cloud Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Cloud professional to step into a client-facing, second-line technical role with real career progression.

As a Cloud Technician, you'll deliver cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud solutions while supporting users and mentoring the first-line support team with more complex issues. What you'll be doing
- Delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, associated products)
- Providing advanced diagnostics and support for complex technical issues
- Supporting and guiding the 1st line team on escalations
- Liaising directly with customers on-site and remotely to ensure high satisfaction
- Completing system checks in line with remote system support policies
- Assisting with evaluation of new technologies and beta releases
- Offering software application support to customers after training
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft Cloud support, delivery, and administration
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects/issues and see them through to resolution
- Full UK driving licence (essential for on-site work)
Desirable skills:
- Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and support
- Experience with Intune, Defender, and PowerShell
