I am working alongside a leading Demolition Contractor who are set to deliver a large project in Port Talbot.
They require someone with Demolition experience and knowledge with a proven track record In demolition management.
The suitable candidate needs good knowledge of asbestos regulations, understands asbestos surveys and the requirements to control asbestos works. Can use word, excel and has good general computer skills, Can prioritise workload, write method statements and risk assessments, has a good understanding of HS&E requirements, has good man management skills, has good financial management skills, and can liaise with the client at site level.
Site hours 7am till 6pm and the occasional Saturday. This could suit someone who is looking to work away.
