Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks and document control for customer orders. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of complex orders by coordinating projects and liaising with our manufacturing, supply chain and logisitcs departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control documentation for customer orders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to order processing.
- Coordinate projects involving complex customer orders.
- Liaise with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Provide support to customers with inquiries and issues related to their orders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
