Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks and document control for customer orders. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of complex orders by coordinating projects and liaising with our manufacturing, supply chain and logisitcs departments.

Key Responsibilities:
