Port Talbot | 7.30am - 5.30pm | Monday - Friday | 12-month Contract



Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting skilled CPCS certified 360 Excavator Operators to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major project in Port Talbot.



Key Duties:

  • Operate 360 Excavators above 10 tonne on large civil engineering projects.

  • Follow project specifications and construction practices to ensure quality and safety.

  • Maintain equipment and report any faults promptly.

  • Work collaboratively with the site team to meet project deadlines.

  • Comply with all health and safety standards on site.



Requirements:

  • Valid Blue CPCS card for 360 Excavator above 10 tonne.

  • Proven experience on large civil engineering projects.

  • Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.

  • Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
