Location: Port Talbot or Preston (2 roles available, preference for Port Talbot)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 6am till 2pm - Must be able to work away from home around the UK between 5 to 10 nights at a time

Salary: £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking to work on high-profile industrial and military projects? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are recruiting for multiple positions to join a specialist engineering team delivering large-scale mechanical systems, including aircraft hangars and motorised door solutions.

We're seeking skilled individuals with strong mechanical knowledge who are willing to travel internationally as part of their role.

What you'll be doing:

Installing, assembling, and maintaining heavy-duty mechanical systems.

Carrying out mechanical fault finding, repairs, and upgrades.

Working alongside electrical and engineering teams to ensure specifications are met.

Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.

Travelling within and outside the UK for project requirements.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in industrial/mechanical fitting.

CSCS Blue Card (essential).

Ability to pass DBS and security vetting for military sites.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings.

Valid UK Manual Driving Licence and passport.
