Quality Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-focused QA Administration Assistant to support our clients Quality team with document control, change control, and broader quality system tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience ideally in a manufacturing or a similar business

The role

  • Manage and issue controlled documents
  • Track document approvals and send timely reminders to stakeholders
  • Process new product introduction briefs, change control requests and bills of materials updates
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for traceability
  • Support training administration, non-conformance logging, and general QA tasks
  • File and organise QA documentation to meet audit-ready standards
  • Provide cover for the QA team as needed

The Person

  • Proven admin experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Able to follow procedures, manage time effectively, and work with accuracy
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality-regulated industry is desirable but not essential
