Join Our Team: Central Registration & Booking Clerk (Band 3)

Location: Magowan West, Portadown
Directorate: Adult Community Services
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible shift pattern)
Reports to: AHP Central Booking Unit Team Lead
Accountable to: Head of Podiatry

What You'll Do

  • Be a key player in modernising and developing patient referral pathways.
  • Communicate with patients, GPs, and colleagues by phone and correspondence.
  • Manage booking processes, correspondence, and information systems.
  • Prioritise your workload and support the smooth running of our services.
  • Work flexibly and innovatively as part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 GCSEs (A-C including English) and 1 year's clerical/administrative experience, or 2 years' clerical/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative.
