We’re looking for an enthusiastic, team-focused individual to join our client on a FTC as a Document Controller. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of customer records through efficient digitising, indexing, and storing of documents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Digitising and organising of documents
  • Ensuring all documents meet data protection and compliance standards
  • Checking documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Keeping up to date with document management processes
  • Supporting the team with best practices in handling and storing documents

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency with document management systems and scanning technology
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • High accuracy in data entry and record management
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data handling best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude
