We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established residential dementia care service in the Porthcawl area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in dementia care and residential services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the residential home

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia

Leading, supporting, and developing care staff to maintain a positive and effective team culture

Ensuring full compliance with CIW regulations and internal policies

Managing budgets, staffing levels, and rota planning

Building positive relationships with families, staff, external agencies, and professionals

Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a dementia-focused residential care setting

Strong leadership and team management skills

In-depth knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
