Our client is a specialist FM Service Provider that focusses in the defence sector. It delivers M&E services to numerous defence sites across the UK and is looking to hire a proven Project Manager in Porton Down.
As the Project Manager, you will deliver low value / high volume projects at the site. Projects will vary in value, anything up to 1m. These might include refurbishments, roofing, ventilation systems, lifecycle works, M&E upgrades and replacements, and anything with an M&E focus.
The successful Project Manager will take projects from inception to completion, putting together the proposal, obtaining quotes from designated contractors and supply chain, to overseeing the entire project through to delivery, ensuring it comes in on time and to budget.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, you must have excellent attention to detail, exceptional client relationship building skills and be happy to work under pressure. In addition, you will have to pass a high level of Security Clearence (SC). Applicants can be either technical or non-technical.
