What will the Management Accountant role involve?-
Working closely with managers based locally and nationally

Ensuring accurate general ledger entries

Maintaining financial data integrity
- Driving improvements in systems and processes, particularly around automation
- Variance Analysis
- Completing reconciliations and assisting with compliance and internal controls reviews
- Mentoring junior members of the team

ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified
-
Manufacturing experience would be advantageous

Adept at working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP

Strong Excel skills and capable of interpreting and analysing complex data
