Description
As the temporary Management Accountant you will be responsible for the:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Analysis and reporting of financial data to provide insights to the management team.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Conducting internal audits to assess financial status.
- Implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
- Liaising with external auditors when required.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ideally
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel - ideally Sage Line 50
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
