Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle queries related to invoices, payments, and financial discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial systems and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
