Job Title: Resource Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Resource Administrator.

This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of data management, looking to develop their experience in resource planning and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining resource plans based on input from different teams.
  • Input and track resource demand in the PSA (Changepoint) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
  • Help generate regular reports on resource utilisation for internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee profiles and skills in the PSA system.
  • Support the resourcing team in managing the availability and allocation of resources.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks related to resource planning and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Basic understanding of resource planning processes.
  • Experience with PSA systems (Changepoint) or CRM (Salesforce) is a plus but not essential.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
