£25,000 - £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission no earnings cap. Great earning potential.

Role:

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone whos commercially minded, proactive, and ready to help take a growing business to the next level.

Youll be focused primarily on bringing in new business - identifying leads, setting up meetings, writing proposals, and converting prospects into clients. Alongside that, youll support with admin, fulfilment, and delivery to make sure clients are looked after properly.

Youll work closely with the founder and have the space to own your role, grow your income, and shape how things are done.

Job Duties:

Prospect and reach out to potential clients via phone, email and Linked In
Book meetings and manage your own pipeline
Write and send high-quality proposals
Follow up with prospects and close new business
Gain a full understanding of customer requirements to offer suitable solutions
Identify growth opportunities to maximise revenue
Support with order fulfilment, proposals and system updates
Give helpful, honest advice to clients
Keep internal processes running smoothly

What Were Looking For:

Confident, clear communicator written and verbal
Commercial mindset happy picking up the phone and spotting opportunities
Self-sufficient and proactive you dont need your hand held
Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Quick to learn and able to explain things simply to clients
Genuinely cares about outcomes both for clients and the business
Always looking to improve how things are done
Ideally, youll have experience in recruitment, recruitment marketing, or advertising and understand the hiring challenges organisations face
