In this role, you will lead technical solutions, oversee projects from start to finish, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be hands-on in delivering practical solutions across the full project lifecycle.

This position is ideal for a Maritime Structural Engineer looking to step into a leadership role within an ambitious company, enjoying autonomy over projects and ownership of their delivery from concept to completion.

The Role:

• Lead projects from concept to completion, managing design, budgets, and site delivery.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project objectives are met.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with senior team members using design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot).

The Person:

• Experienced in delivering design packages in heavy civils environments.
• Civil or Structural Engineering Degree (or similar)
• Commutable to Wigan
