The Role:

  • Oversee projects from concept through to completion, including design, budgeting, and site delivery.
  • Deliver innovative technical solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects such as marinas, ship berths, flood defences, and renewable energy schemes.
  • Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating closely with directors and peers.
  • Utilize engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and reporting (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot) to support accurate and practical marine structure solutions.

The Person:

  • Experienced in marine structures or related design
  • Civil engineering degree or similar
