- Experience: 5+ years in cladding specifically, but ideal candidate would have fire remediation experience
- Skillset: Technical knowledge; in depth understanding of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding, project management skills; overseeing design stages, coordinating with architects, fire engineers and other stakeholders, ensuring projects meeting critical deadlines, Compliance; ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and regulations, problem solving skills during planning and on site activities, technical tools and software; being able to draw with Auto-Cad or similar to enable management of others, Communication skills; effectively communicating with design houses, consultants and the like, Financial awareness; budget management, cost estimation and value engineering, time management; managing your own timelines and those of others, Leadership skills; leading a design team and mentoring others
