You will be assisting in the production cycle of high-quality carbon fibre components. You will work within the Composite team maintaining product flow throughout the department by supporting multiple areas:
Extraction of composite components
Mould and tooling maintenance
Demould and Mould Preparation
Adhere to standards and maintains documentation
Use of release agents
Use of light hand tools
Principle Responsibilities
Work using approved and documented methods
Ensure all health and safety principles are adhered to
Reporting of issues to team leader/composite manager and or supervisors
Work in an organised and tidy manner
Knowledge & Skills
No experience required
Must be highly motivated to achieve consistent excellent results
Flexible approach to maintain workflow when required
The ability to work and learn in a production environment
Good understanding of English language
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
