An excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded, friendly, successful and growing surveying company in the Portsmouth area as an experienced Facilities Manager on a contract until January 2026, with potential for the role to become permanent.You will be dealing with tenants & FM contractors, arranging minor technical works, reporting on projects, carry-out site inspections as well as being involved in the day to day management of the of property portfolio.This role encompasses all aspects of commercial property management and a good working knowledge of property management and maintenance is essential (therefore this role could suit an existing residential block property manager who is looking for a new challenge).You will be required to schedule PPM’s and ensure that these are carried out in accordance with current legislation & regulation, whilst being able to prioritise and efficiently deal with any reactive issues that may arise on a daily basis, and assistant with Service Charge issues, reconciliations and tenant liaison.You should have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety and be able to identify risks and hazards when on site.They are a very sociable company and it is a fun, dynamic and professional environment to work in full of passionate and dedicated staff.
