Join Our Client's Team as a Customer Service Coordinator!

Do you thrive in a lively environment where your communication skills can shine? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients friendly team in Portsmouth! Due to expansion, our client is seeking a new team member.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting clients and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. You will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide product information and support to customers.
Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in telephone based customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days home

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday - 35 hour working week
