My client is aMechanical Services Contractor for the Design, Supply and Installation of Building Services across private and public sectors.

As a result of continued success and a very strong order book having been given new project awards, my client requires a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be joining aa fully multi-disciplined mechanical services HEVAC contractor, considered to be amongst the most reputable in the area.This is a key position within the business and as such they are seeking an experienced Mechanical PM with a track record of delivery within Mechanical Construction projects.

We are seeking an Mechanical Contracts Manager who holds relevant mechanical building services qualifications and experience working for an M&E Building Services contractor as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager. The project types you can expect to specialise in varies from commercial new build developments, leisure centres, hotels, public sector buildings and residential therefore a background of delivery across any of these is essential, with equivalent project values 1m to 5m in value.
