Randstad are recruiting for a Groundworker to work on behalf of a leading property mainenance contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform groundwork tasks including paving, concreting, and drainage works.
  • Install and maintain soakaways and drainage systems to ensure proper water management.
  • Carry out repairs and replacement of all types of fencing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
  • Undertake bricklaying tasks as part of repair and maintenance work on properties.
  • Work effectively on both occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
