In this role, you will program, set, and operate 5 axis CNC milling machines, producing high-quality components to tight tolerances. You will interpret technical drawings and models, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
This role would suit a CNC Miller with 5 axis programming experience looking for a varied and rewarding position, within a supportive team and with great benefits including yearly bonus, overtime opportunities, and an early Friday finish.
The Role:
- Programming, setting, and operating 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Using Fusion 360 and Heidenhain controls to produce precision components
- Working to tight tolerances and interpreting technical drawings
- Ensuring quality standards and efficient production are maintained
- Mon - Thurs 7-4 and Fri 7-12
The Person:
- Experienced CNC Miller with 5 axis programming background
- Proficient with Heidenhain controls and Fusion 360
