Global Training Coordinator - 8-9 Month Maternity Cover Salary: 26,000 - 28,500

Based in Cosham, Portsmouth

Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 at home

A global business consultancy is looking for a Global Training Coordinator to join their team based in Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced admin, project, training coordinator. The role requires excellent coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. Additionally, the ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders.

Duties Include:

Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Management:

  • Systematize, manage, and scale operations for a global, competency-based coach development program
  • Oversee content transition, organisation, and user experience within the LXP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support coach learning initiatives aligned with business goals

Coach Development Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding, training, and mentorship of newly contracted coaches
  • Support ongoing professional development for a global coach community

Coach Support:

  • Assist current and prospective coaches in identifying development opportunities
  • Provide guidance on navigating the learning management system

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with key external entities (e.g., International Coaching Federation)
  • Influence vendor product roadmaps to meet program delivery needs

European Coach Supervision Coordination:

  • Manage logistics for the group supervision program in Europe
  • Support European coaches and maintain relationships with supervision providers

Experience Required:

  • Experienced in a highly administrative or training-based environment or project coordination.
  • Ability to juggle workload, organised and with exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player, able to create great working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Logical thinker with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet - desirable
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.)
