What You’ll Do:

• Run a 360° recruitment desk within Secondary
• Build strong relationships with schools and educators
• Place top talent in temporary and permanent roles
• Drive performance and exceed targets

• Experience in education or 360° recruitment
• Driven, confident, and relationship-focused
• Passionate about making a difference in education

What You’ll Get:

• £27K–£35K base salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission scheme
