Transformation Team Analyst - Finance & Excel Specialist
Portsmouth, Cosham
Salary: 18.66 an hour - Ongoing temporary role

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Transformation Team in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance knowledge and advanced Excel skills, who thrives on data analysis, problem-solving, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial spreadsheets and models to support decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Team to drive efficiency, improve reporting, and streamline processes.
  • Produce regular financial reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data handled.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and ideally VBA/macros).
  • Experience in a finance, data analysis, or transformation environment.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
