Location: Portsmouth
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday (early finish on a Friday)
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for electronics? We are looking for a skilled PCB Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Portsmouth. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the assembly and preparation of high-quality PCBs.Â

Every last Friday of the month off in addition to standard holiday allowance
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
3 days Christmas shutdown (not taken from your holiday allowance)
Extensive training provided, including IPC-610 certification
Opportunity to gain ESA certification in the future
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture PCB assemblies
Prepare kits and materials for production
Perform wiring modifications and cable/harness assemblies
Complete mechanical assembly tasks
Skills & Experience:
Strong component recognition
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
High attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
