We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Assembly Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet quality standards and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components on PCBs using hand tools, soldering irons, and automated equipment (SMT and through-hole)
  • Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
  • Perform hand soldering of fine-pitch components, including surface-mount and through-hole parts
  • Operate SMT pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering equipment, and inspection tools
  • Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to identify defects or quality issues
  • Troubleshoot and rework PCBs as necessary
  • maintain a clean and organized work area, following ESD and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve assembly processes

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider production team
  • Capable of prioritizing workload in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and numerical skills (written and verbal)

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a production assembly environment
  • Soldering experience
  • Experience working within a quality assurance framework and maintaining documentation accuracy
