- Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts, quarterly forecasts, budgets, and financial reconciliations
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Guide and support the finance team across all financial processing and reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting requirements
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately, with prompt resolution of any queries
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing robust challenge and oversight
- Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely responses to queries
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of finance professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture
- Build strong working relationships across the business, acting as a trusted financial partner to key stakeholders
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in a finance or management accounting role, with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience
- Strong skills in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Commercially astute, process-driven, and motivated by continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
