Our client is a very successful and well established regional tier 2 contractor operating across the South Coast areas, due to organic growth they are searching for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Groundworks and Civil Engineering or Fit-out work. The company offer a competitive basic salary with pension, private health, company car / allowance and generous bonus scheme.

Role:

Groundworks or Fit-out experience.
Relevant qualifications in relation to Estimating or Quanitity Surveying (Preferrably a degree).
Commercial management of projects.
Monthly valuation preparation.
Cost control of projects.
Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs.
Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers.
A background with groundworks subcontractors would be highly desired, but Fit-out experience is also welcomed.
