CMA are partnering with a technology organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire that is going through unprecedented growth in order to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation that will give you the opportunity to develop your skillset and be involved in projects outside of the day to day finance duties.Â
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
- Purchase ledger processing invoices and coding to the system.
- Validating invoices and gaining authorisation from the relevant people in the business.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Query resolution.
- Adhoc duties across the wider finance team.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:
- Previous experience working within a finance team; ideally with some exposure to purchase ledger.Â
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Strong communication skills.Â
